Peter Rendel has completed a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering & Construction from the Moscow Construction Engineering Institute. He has over three decades of superb experience in international trading, international project bidding and real estate development. Mr. Rendel started his career at the Uzbek Construction Department as a project manager and quickly advanced to the position of the chief executive of that organization. Under his direct supervision, a number of government construction projects were built in Uzbekistan.
Nezhdanov holds a Master's Degree in Aircraft Construction Engineering from the Tashkent Polytechnical Institute. He has an extensive top management, international business and real estate development background. Mr. Nezhdanov was a chief executive at the Tashkent Aircraft Construction Company from 1985 to 1987. Then, he was the deputy chairman of the Uzbek Civil Aviation Department from 1988 through 1991. From 1991 to 1995, he was the chief executive of the Transcontitental Corporation "AVEKS", a business enterprise engaging in international trading, transportation, international investments and construction.

Together, they supervised the construction of the Russian Consulate building in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), the  International Business Center building in Tashkent (Uzbekistan), a regional branch of the Uzbek National Bank in Andijan (Uzbekistan), regional branches of Asaka Bank in Andijan and Fergana (Uzbekistan), as well as the construction of a commercial complex for Aviabank in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Founded in Uzbekistan in 1994 and still active today, “New Island” Foreign Enterprise which is 100% owned by I&P Flamingo Inc, manufactures various types of plastic and aluminum windows and doors.

Peter Rendel and Igor Nezhdanov have over two decades of superb experience in international trading and international project bidding. Under their management, I&P Flamingo was awarded numerous international bidding contracts, such as supplying high-grade aluminum foil for cargo aircraft manufacturing facilities in Russia , Uzbekistan and Ukraine . In a partnership with Voest Alpine of Austria, I&P Flamingo was awarded a contract to supply railroad tracks and equipment for the Uzbek Railway Company. Recently, in a partnership with Lucent Technologies, I&P Flamingo was awarded an international contract to supply high-tech fiber-optic telecommunications equipment to develop the telecommunications infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan . Under their management, the company pursues numerous other infrastructure development projects.

In 1999, Peter Rendel and Igor Nezhdanov became engaged in real estate development and construction business in the United States when they started a new enterprise, Concord Building Supplies LLC, with two other partners. On behalf of that company, they have managed and completed 40 residential homes. Since 2001, Peter Rendel and Igor Nezhdanov ran their own independent construction business as DNR Construction LLC and a few other entities. Over 200 dwelling units and 3 commercial buildings have been built or are currently being developed under their management.

Experienced in all stages of both development and construction, Peter and Igor are personally involved in land selection, close direct contact in processing survey and engineering works, working with architects, obtaining approvals and permits, conducting demolition and the full process of turnkey construction. Under their management, DNR became a General Contractor, having NYS Home Improvement Contractor License and New Jersey General Contractor License. The range of projects that DNR has already completed or is currently involved in includes a variety of building types from one and two family houses, semi-attached and detached to luxury custom houses, high-rise buildings, commercial and community facilities.

Yuriy Nejdanov has over two decades of management experience. As the CEO of American Technology FZE, Mr. Nejdanov managed the operations of a manufacturer of aluminum profiles, doors, windows and frames. While assuming the responsibilities of the CEO at Anshan , an Uzbek-Chinese joint venture, he oversaw the development and construction of multiple commercial projects. Mr. Nejdanov served as the vice president at the Tashkent Railway College . He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tashkent Institute of Transportation.
